GET /api/v1/market/lighthouse
Returns the latest complete Solana market activity frame cached by OceanX. It covers the aggregate market plus individual DEXes, launchpads, and provider-discovered market families across 5m, 1h, 6h, and 24h. Requires the md.read scope and uses the standard 120 requests per minute budget.
OceanX polls the upstream source once on the VM and shares the cached frame with every caller. Your request does not create another upstream market-data request.

The response contains source, generatedAtMs, and a markets array. The first aggregate row normally has market: "all"; treat every other market ID as opaque and use its returned label for display.
