Callouts let you publicly call a token on OceanX — and get paid for being right. Post a callout from any token page, share it, and every trade other users make on that token through your callout earns you a share of the platform fee, plus points immediately.

How it works

  1. Post — open a token page and hit the megaphone in the header. Write a short thesis (140 characters) and post. Your callout appears on the token page, in the token’s chat room, in the global callouts ticker, and gets its own share link (oceanx.trade/c/…).
  2. Share — copy the link or share straight to X. Followers with a linked Telegram get a bot notification.
  3. Earn — when someone opens your callout and trades that token within the attribution window, the volume is attributed to you. You earn a share of the platform fee on every attributed trade, plus points right away.

Attribution rules

  • Only an explicit click on your callout binds a viewer — impressions never count.
  • Attribution is last-touch per token with a 24-hour window: the most recent callout a trader clicked for that token gets the credit.
  • Your own trades never count, and blocked users don’t attribute either way.

Earnings

  • Fee share — a percentage of the platform fee on each attributed trade, accrued in USD and claimable in SOL from the Rewards page alongside cashback and referral earnings. Fee share and referral commissions stack, but total payouts never exceed the fee collected.
  • Points — awarded instantly on attributed volume (independent of the trader’s tier), with daily caps per callout and per creator.

Who can post

Posting callouts requires a linked social account (X, Telegram or Discord — Settings → Connected accounts) and some trading history on OceanX. Daily limits scale with your tier: from 5 callouts per day at Ripple up to 1,000 per day at Poseidon. One live callout per token at a time, with a short cooldown between callouts on the same token.

Leaderboard

The Top callers leaderboard on the Rewards page ranks creators by the volume their callouts drove. Developers can read callouts through the public API.
