OceanX has a social layer built into the trading platform, opened from the social widget. Chat and voice are live. Lobby and the social AI tab are not yet available.

Chat rooms

Rooms are scoped to where you are, so the conversation matches the screen. A room exists for Scout, for xStocks (and each ticker you open), for Perpetuals, and for Predict markets and events. Open the widget, pick the room, and talk. Voice is a call you start inside whichever room you’re in.

Usernames

Usernames are unique within OceanX and are not anonymous by default. See Profiles.

Social connections

You can connect X, Discord and Telegram to your account. Telegram additionally powers trade alerts through the bot. ENS is not planned.

Is chat global or per-page?

Per-page. The room follows the surface you’re on rather than being one global feed.

Not yet. Direct messages arrive with Lobby.
