What is OceanX?

OceanX is an all in one trading, research and market intelligence platform for digital asset traders.

Do I need a browser wallet?

No. OceanX uses embedded wallet infrastructure. Your account comes with auto provisioned Solana and EVM wallets. No browser extension is required.

Can I use an external wallet?

External wallets are possible, but you need to import your existing wallet seed phrase into OceanX. OceanX does not support browser extension wallet connections at launch.

Does OceanX require KYC?

Most OceanX products do not require KYC. Some partner products may require verification.

Which assets does OceanX support?

OceanX supports a growing selection of digital assets.

Which networks does OceanX support?

OceanX supports Solana and major EVM compatible networks.

Trading

What are OceanX fees?

OceanX generally charges a flat 1% fee, though fees may vary by service.

Does OceanX support one click trading?

Yes. OceanX supports one click execution using session based embedded wallet signing. You authorize trades up front within limits you define. See Wallets & Security.

Does OceanX have trading limits?

OceanX currently has no platform-level trading limits. External providers may apply their own limits.

How many Quick Buy presets does Scout have?

Scout provides three configurable Quick Buy preset slots.

How do referrals work?

OceanX has a three level referral model: 30% for Level 1, 3% for Level 2 and 2% for Level 3.

How do I earn points?

Points can be earned through meme coin trading volume, daily quests and referrals.

Does cashback apply to all products?

No. Cashback applies to meme coin trading only for now. Other products are coming soon.

Has the OceanX token launched?

No. The OceanX token has not launched and there is no official contract address.

Does OceanX Research use AI?

Yes. OceanX uses proprietary AI systems.

Do research credits expire?

Yes. Research credits expire after twelve months.

Social

Are usernames unique?

Yes. Usernames are unique within OceanX.

Are DMs planned?

Yes. Direct messages and groups are planned.

Wallets

Does OceanX charge withdrawal fees?

No. OceanX does not charge withdrawal fees. Standard network gas fees apply and are paid from your wallet balance.

Do I need to manually sign every transaction?

Not for routine trades within your session limits. Session authorization lets your embedded wallet sign automatically within parameters you set. You can revoke this at any time.
