# xStocks

> Trade tokenized equities on OceanX, subject to regional restrictions.

xStocks are tokenized equities, giving on-chain exposure to stocks and ETFs through
partner infrastructure. Available at
[oceanx.trade/stocks](https://www.oceanx.trade/stocks).

You get a discovery grid of the available tickers with live prices and charts, and a
per-ticker page to trade from. Swaps settle on Solana like any other token.

  **Beta.** xStocks is in beta testing. Expect changes, and treat limits and
  behaviour as provisional while testing continues.

## What an xStock is — and is not

An xStock gives economic exposure to the underlying stock or ETF through a tokenized
certificate. It is **not** an ordinary share and carries **no voting rights**.

Solana xStocks keep raw token balances constant across corporate actions; dividends
and splits are applied through an official multiplier, which OceanX applies when
displaying your balance.

## Fees

xStocks trades carry the standard OceanX platform fee of 1% per swap, in both
directions (buys and sells). The fee is charged in the token you receive and is
always shown in the trade ticket before you confirm. See

## Restrictions

Beyond the regional geofence, some features may require identity verification or
partner-level compliance checks.

Requirements will depend on the underlying provider.
